You are the controller
You decide what member data is collected and why. FedCrest acts as your processor under a data processing agreement. We hold no certifications and claim none, so ask for anything you need to see.
Children and guardians
Registration can require guardian consent for minors and records it. You decide what is asked, and the data stays in your account.
Sign-in and security
Members and administrators sign in through your own account's identity controls. We build on your cloud provider's security and do not claim an independent audit.
One fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. Setup is a fixed fee. Support and hosting is a fixed monthly retainer. Nothing is charged per transaction or per member.

Questions we get asked
Who owns the data?
You do. It lives in your own cloud account, and we keep no copy beyond what a support request needs.
Do you take a cut of payments?
No. You pay only your payment provider's own fees. There are no per-transaction fees and no revenue share.
What if you disappear?
The system runs in your own account and the documentation is handed over, so another developer or IT partner can maintain it. We cannot promise our own availability forever, which is why ownership stays with you.
Can we leave, and what does it cost?
Yes, at any time. There is no exit fee and nothing to export, because the data is already yours.
How are minors handled?
Registration can require guardian consent and records it. You remain the controller, and we help you meet your obligations.
Is it GDPR compliant?
We work as your processor under a signed data processing agreement and build on your cloud provider's security controls. We hold no certifications, so tell us what you need to see.
Why not just use Excel?
Excel works until renewals, consent and certificates all need tracking. We build on standard business tools, so you can finally retire the spreadsheets.
What does support look like?
You contact the person who built your system. Response times are written into your agreement.
